STYLAGE® SPECIAL LIPS BI-FLEX® with Lidocaine is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler manufactured by Laboratoires Vivacy (France), created specifically for the delicate lip and perioral area. It uses the brand’s patented IPN-Like cross-linking technology and BI-FLEX® syringe presentation, combined with mannitol as a protective antioxidant and lidocaine for patient comfort during injection.

What’s in STYLAGE® SPECIAL LIPS BI-FLEX® with Lidocaine

  • Cross-linked hyaluronic acid (18.5 mg/g): a softer HA concentration than STYLAGE® Lips Plus, formulated to bring subtle volume and hydration to the lips.
  • Mannitol: an antioxidant that helps protect the hyaluronic acid gel from free-radical degradation generated during injection, supporting the correction’s duration.
  • Lidocaine: included for patient comfort during the injection procedure, given the sensitivity of the lip area.

Manufactured by Laboratoires Vivacy (France) and distributed through verified channels.

How it fits into clinic protocols

STYLAGE® SPECIAL LIPS BI-FLEX® is positioned for clinics wanting a soft, hydrating lip result rather than pronounced volumizing. Clinics commonly use it for subtle lip fullness, contour definition, correction of asymmetric upper or lower lip size, and smoothing of perioral lines, often within a broader perioral treatment plan, at the practitioner’s discretion.

As with any injectable, session planning, technique, and product selection should follow the manufacturer’s instructions for use and your clinic’s own protocols.
