About Evenity® (English Alternative)
Evenity® (English Alternative) is romosozumab-aqqg, a humanized monoclonal antibody used in specialist osteoporosis care. Licensed clinics and healthcare professionals can order it for professional administration programs that require documented lot control, manufacturer packaging, and coordinated treatment-room workflow.
This English-labeled presentation is intended for facilities that specifically require English-language cartons and inserts through compliant procurement channels, distinct from the multilingual (Non-English) presentation already carried on this site. Clinics should match the item shown during ordering to their protocol, medical director approval, and internal documentation standards.
What’s in Evenity® (English Alternative)
- Romosozumab-aqqg (105 mg/1.17 mL): a bone-building monoclonal antibody that inhibits sclerostin, increasing bone formation and, to a lesser extent, reducing bone resorption.
- Formulation components: acetate, calcium, polysorbate 20, and sucrose in Water for Injection, USP, with sodium hydroxide to pH 5.2.
Manufactured by Amgen (in collaboration with UCB) and distributed through verified channels.
How it fits into clinic protocols
Evenity is indicated for postmenopausal women with osteoporosis at high risk of fracture — either a history of osteoporotic fracture, multiple risk factors, or failure/intolerance of other osteoporosis therapies. A full monthly dose requires two 105 mg prefilled syringes (210 mg total), given as two consecutive subcutaneous injections. Treatment is limited to 12 monthly doses; because the anabolic effect wanes after 12 months, continued anti-resorptive therapy should be considered once the course is complete.
Boxed warning: Evenity carries an FDA boxed warning for increased risk of myocardial infarction, stroke, and cardiovascular death. It should not be initiated in patients who have had an MI or stroke within the preceding year. Clinics should review the full prescribing information and screen patients for cardiovascular risk before initiating therapy.
As with any prescription biologic, dosing, patient selection, and monitoring should follow the manufacturer’s prescribing information and your clinic’s own protocols.

Questions clinics ask
Is Evenity® FDA-approved?
Yes. Evenity (romosozumab-aqqg) is FDA-approved for the treatment of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women at high risk of fracture. This is the English-labeled presentation, sourced separately from the Non-English carton already available on this site.
What are the possible side effects?
Evenity carries a boxed warning for increased risk of myocardial infarction, stroke, and cardiovascular death, and should not be started in patients with a recent MI or stroke. Other reactions can include injection-site reactions and hypocalcemia. Practitioners should review the full prescribing information before treatment.
What's the price of Evenity® (English Alternative)?
We do not publish Evenity pricing publicly. Licensed clinics can sign in to view current tiers and request quotes for bundled or volume orders.
How is this different from Evenity® (Non-English)?
Both presentations contain the same romosozumab-aqqg formulation from Amgen. The difference is carton and insert language — this listing is the English-labeled presentation; the Non-English listing carries multilingual packaging for facilities that accept it.
