Evenity® (Non-English)

Description
EVENITY® (romosozumab) is a monoclonal antibody designed for postmenopausal women with osteoporosis who are at high risk of fracture. It boosts bone formation and decreases bone resorption, increasing bone mineral density and lowering fracture risk.
Due to its dual action on bone turnover, EVENITY® provides a focused increase in skeletal strength, which is especially critical for patients with severe osteoporosis. Monthly dosing helps maintain regimen adherence, complemented by closely monitoring serum calcium and cardiovascular risk.
Each course involves subcutaneous injections given once a month, typically for up to 12 months, after which patients often transition to an antiresorptive medication to help preserve newly gained bone mass.
Endocrinologists and specialists in bone health commonly prescribe EVENITY® for patients needing an intensified approach to osteoporosis management.
Disclaimers:
– For subcutaneous administration by healthcare professionals only, typically under specialist supervision.
– It requires a valid prescription; patients must be screened for hypocalcemia and cardiovascular risk factors.
– Follow the recommended treatment duration and post-therapy transition per manufacturer guidelines.
