CoolSense is easy to use for both medical professionals and anyone else. Just store it in the freezer for an hour before using it. When you take it out, make sure the temperature is between zero and negative four degrees Celsius. If it’s too cold, let it warm up a bit. Take off the cap and keep it facing up so it doesn’t touch anything. Put alcohol gel on the metal pin’s tip, then press it onto the injection site for about five seconds.
